Cees-Frans Greeven speaker at conference on implementation of ATAD in Luxembourg

Cees-Frans Greeven, partner at Buren, will represent the Netherlands at a conference on implementation of ATAD in Luxembourg with the title ‘Lois d’application de l’ATAD au Luxembourg et dans les juridictions clés (Belgique, Pays-Bas, France, Malte): quel impact pour les structures luxembourgeoises?’. The other jurisdictions represented on the conference are Belgium, France, Malta and Luxembourg.

The event will take place on 21 november, 2018

The purpose of this conference is :

• to present the main aspects of the domestic laws for the implementation of ATAD in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Malta, Belgium and France.
• to compare the different rules between the different jurisdictions, and indicate the notable and useful differences/nuances
• to understand how the Luxembourg structures should be adapted to the new context.

Cees-Frans will speak on the different sub-topics: general presentation of the Dutch law, substance tests and CFC rules. He will also participate in panels comparing the rules of the five jurisdictions.

The spoken language of the conference will mainly be French.
