BUREN has appointed Ingrid de Haan partner. Ingrid works within BUREN's notarial international transactions practice. Ingrid specialises in (international) corporate law. Ingrid has been working at BUREN since 2008. Ingrid provides pragmatic advice mainly to multinationals, listed and medium-sized companies. Her fields of expertise include setting up corporate structures, restructuring, financing, demergers, mergers and acquisitions and share transactions.
