Publication Eurofenix by Ruud Brunninkhuis

Ruud Brunninkhuis, attorney-at-law and IP at Buren, has published a country report on The Netherlands in Eurofenix, the journal of INSOL Europe. The country report describes the legislative proposal Continuity of Enterprises Act I. With the Act the Dutch legislator wants to provide the practice of pre-packs a statutory footing.
