Tax Package 2024

On Budget Day, Tuesday 19 September 2023, the caretaker government presented the 2024 Tax Package. We would like to inform you about the most important proposals from the 2024 Tax Package.

This package consists of several legislative proposals on which we have previously sent information, such as the proposed amendment on the tax qualification of the mutual fund, the limited partnership and the exempt investment institution. Incidentally, during the parliamentary debate, the legislative proposals may still change.

Most of these measures will come into effect from 1 January 2024, unless otherwise stated.
