Audrie Muisers, candidate civil-law notary at BUREN, specialises in general corporate notarial law. She advises national and international clients on restructurings, such as mergers and acquisitions, demergers and conversions, as well as a broad range of other corporate law matters.
Audrie obtained her Master’s degree in Notarial Law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2024. She has been working as a civil-law notary candidate since 2025 and joined BUREN in 2026.
Audrie is also a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries (KNB).
