Julia Szkodzinska, paralegal at BUREN, specialises in a broad range of financing transactions and financial legal matters, with a particular focus on financing, security interests and financial regulatory law. She drafts credit documentation and assists with banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loans, security structures and restructurings. In addition, she conducts due diligence investigations and contributes to the efficient and careful execution of transactions. Within the field of financial regulatory law, she advises a variety of financial institutions, including investment firms, asset managers and payment institutions.
Julia is currently in the final stage of her Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a specialisation in international and European law, and participates in the honours programme. She has been with BUREN since 2025.
