Rigje Rosier, lawyer at BUREN, advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. Her practice covers, among other things, dismissal cases, collective labour agreement matters, transfers of undertaking, non-competition issues and reorganisations. She also advises employers and employees on social security law.
Rigje obtained her master’s degree in Employment Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2010. She subsequently worked as an attorney at several specialist employment law firms in Rotterdam. In 2016, she successfully completed the Grotius postgraduate specialisation programme in Employment Law.
Rigje worked at Valegis Advocaten, which joined forces with BUREN in 2026.
Rigje is a member of VAAN (Dutch Association of Employment Law Attorneys) and VvA (Dutch Employment Law Association).
