Stefan Arts, counsel and tax adviser to BUREN, focuses on advising clients on Luxembourg tax related matters
Stefan advises corporate clients, investment funds, family offices, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organisations in respect of their Luxembourg corporate tax matters, usually in a cross-border transactional context. In addition, he assists clients in negotiating advance tax rulings, handling tax investigations, and resolving disputes with tax authorities as well as overseeing and assisting with tax compliance issues.

Stefan graduated at Tilburg University in 1989 and is fluent in Dutch, French and English. He also speaks German and Luxemburgish.
