Buren advises Hölscher Wasserbau on the acquisition of Tjadens B.V.

Hölscher Wasserbau GmbH is an independent family business with 600 employees in Germany and offers services in the field of dewatering, environmental technology, well construction and groundwater management. Internationally, the company is represented by various subsidiaries, based in the Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania, Canada, Qatar, Denmark and Austria.

Tjaden B.V. is a specialized pumping and drilling company operating at home and abroad with experience in groundwater technology. Tjaden currently employs 65 people, has an annual turnover of approximately € 14 million and operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
