BUREN Avocats advises Aberdeen on the Luxembourg tax aspects related to its new investment in residential real estate in Madrid, Spain.
The residential building, which will be developed through a turnkey contract by Azora, will have 14.000 M2 consisting in 160 apartments and 2.000 M2 of common areas. The building will be located in one of the most attractive residential locations of Madrid.
With this transaction Aberdeen enters the Spanish residential real estate market.
