BUREN China Practice appointed to new Zurich legal panel across Asia Pacific region   

Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) has appointed BUREN China Practice as part of GILC (Global Insurance Law Connect), to its new legal Asia Pacific (APAC) claims panel to provide advice on the management of large and complex claims in China. The panel, which took effect on March 1, 2021, has been implemented to ensure greater transparency and consistency of legal services for claims in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Complementing existing local country panel arrangements, the new APAC claims panel will allow Zurich to execute a more consistent legal strategy, specifically benefiting those claims that arise from Zurich International Programs, where more than one legal jurisdiction may be involved.
