BUREN advises Planon Group (Planon), the leading cloud software provider in the field of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in COOR GmbH.
COOR is an Austrian software company specialised in the development and implementation of software solutions for owners and developers of real estate. This acquisition complements Planon's product portfolio for cost control and financial optimisation in the European markets.
BUREN acted as Planon's legal counsel during negotiations on the final transaction documentation. BUREN also assisted Planon during the due diligence process.
