Manon van Mil, HR Adviser at BUREN, advises management and employees on a wide range of HR matters. She is also involved in the continued professionalisation and optimisation of our HR processes and contributes to a positive and forward-looking employee experience. In addition, Manon supports the development and implementation of HR policies across the firm.
Manon completed her Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2018. She has been working at BUREN since 2022.
