New GILC report highlights international variations in response to Business Interruption Insurance as demand grows but insurers become increasingly wary

As we emerge from the pandemic and adjust to a new normal, businesses and insurers have spent the last two years looking at how to recoup the losses they have experienced. Business interruption insurance has been the front line of that battle globally, with legal challenge and debate on both sides.

BUREN has contributed the China insights to GILC’s (Global Insurance Law Connect) first ‘Business Interruption Report’, highlighting the differences in approach across 19 countries and four continents.
