Giel Sengers, lawyer at BUREN, is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. He advises on, among other matters, (impending) insolvencies, restructurings, WHOA proceedings, financing and securities, directors’ liability and shareholder disputes. In addition, he actively assists in bankruptcy cases in which BUREN trustees have been appointed.
Giel graduated cum laude from Radboud University in Nijmegen in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and has been working at BUREN since 2024. He is also a member of the Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers (JIRA).
