Romy Manusama, HR Officer and Recruiter at BUREN, specialises in Human Resources.

She is responsible for managing a wide range of HR processes. Romy is actively involved in attracting young talent through campus recruitment and also supports the recruitment process for the professional support staff. She plays a key role in maintaining relationships with students, study associations, and educational institutions, thereby strengthening BUREN’s visibility among future lawyers and professionals.

Romy obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Leiden University of Applied Sciences in 2025 and has been working at BUREN ever since.
