Fourth edition of the GILC Risk RADAR report

Jan Holthuis, partner at BUREN and Li Jiao, partner at BUREN contributed the China chapter to the fourth edition of the Global Insurance Law Connect (GILC) Risk RADAR report.

The Chinese insurance market is moving forward at a steady pace towards the goal of high-quality development. According to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the regulator of Chinese insurance companies, premium income in China reached 979.3 billion RMB in January 2022, with total insurance payouts of 190.1 billion RMB.
