Epke Spijkerman appointed as a partner at BUREN

Epke Spijkerman will be joining BUREN on 1 April 2020. With the appointment of Spijkerman, BUREN will be strengthening its employment law practice and also expanding its Amsterdam office. Formerly with the multinational firm of Dentons, Spijkerman specializes in employment and employee participation law aspects of (international) mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, reorganisations and dismissal proceedings (collective and individual).

Spijkerman has extensive experience in advising and litigating on behalf of national and international companies, including listed multinationals. In addition, he regularly gives lectures, publishes in professional journals and teaches at various training institutes.
