Mitchell van den Barselaar, lawyer at BUREN, specialises in corporate law, commercial contracts and real estate and tenancy law. He advises and represents both national and international clients in matters relating to commercial contracts, commercial disputes and corporate law disputes.Within the real estate practice, Mitchell focuses on a wide range of tenancy law matters and disputes, relating to both residential and commercial property.
Mitchell obtained his master’s degree in Dutch law, specialising in Corporate Law, from Leiden University in 2020 and has been admitted to the Bar since 2021.
Mitchell worked at Valegis Advocaten, which joined forces with BUREN in 2026.
