Agreement on the relaunch of the Hof van Harmelen project

The bankruptcy trustee of Tetteroo Bouw en Projectontwikkeling B.V. (Tetteroo) has reached an agreement on the relaunch of the Hof van Harmelen project. Tetteroo had been declared bankrupt on 21 December 2021 with the appointment of Martijn Vermeeren, lawyer at BUREN, as bankruptcy trustee. The Hof van Harmelen project has been sold to Reuvers & Reuvers Projectontwikkeling B.V. (Reuvers) in Oss.

Hof van Harmelen
Hof van Harmelen is an area between Ambachtsheerelaan, Tuinderij and Meerkoet in the Dutch village Harmelen. This will be a varied neighborhood with a mix of housing types: starter homes, senior housing, terraced houses, semi-detached houses and detached houses. The neighborhood will have a village character, with water and greenery playing an important role.

The construction of 95 homes in Harmelen will start again thanks to this relaunch. Reuvers, with its partner Wimbu Vastgoed B.V., will continue the Hof van Harmelen project.

Tetteroo Bouw en Projectontwikkeling B.V.
Tetteroo operated a company whose activities included the (re)development, construction, sale and renovation of dwellings, recreational homes or areas, particularly in the Randstad and had various projects in progress for this purpose.
