Buren advises Qi ict
Buren advises the major shareholder and the management of Qi ict, system integrator, on the merger with Onsight Solutions, specialist in security and infrastructure.
The new name of the combination is QSight IT. QSight IT has a focus on networking, cloud, security & risk management and records annual sales of approximately EUR 50 million and employs 180 people. The merger of the two parties can facilitate customers (both in the cloud and on-premise) in their full security, networking and storage requirements.
