BUREN advised Scales Corporation Limited on the formation of a joint venture with Esro Food Group (Esro) to establish a new petfood ingredient processing operation, Esro Petfood.
Scales Corporation Limited is a New Zealand-based agribusiness group and listed on New Zealand’s Exchange. Esro is a global meat processing company and key player in Europe’s animal by-product processing with factories in The Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, and a portfolio company of Rabo Investments. With the partnership, Scales is expanding its Global Proteins division into the European market.
