BUREN advises Steboma Holding B.V.
BUREN advised Steboma Holding B.V. in the acquisition of Van Bommel Ventilatiewerken B.V., Elite Ventilatie B.V., Almado B.V. and 123Ventilatie.nl B.V.
Through these acquisitions, Steboma strengthens its position in the design, supply and installation of ventilation systems within the residential market and increases its clout within the maintenance of ventilation systems in both the business and commercial market. In addition, Steboma takes a significant step forward in the maintenance of ventilation systems and increases its workforce substantially.
The acquisition is part of Steboma's recently launched buy-and-build strategy. In October 2022, investment company Waterland joined Steboma as a shareholder and strategic partner for the future.
