BUREN advises Steboma Holding B.V on acquisition Airhome Ventilatieservice B.V.

BUREN advised Steboma Holding B.V. (portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the capital of Airhome Ventilatieservice B.V. from Bert Hazenberg Beheer B.V.

With this acquisition, Steboma Group continues to grow as a ventilation specialist with full national coverage in the Netherlands. With the acquisition of service and maintenance specialist Airhome, Steboma Groep is further focusing on maintenance within the residential ventilation market.
