BUREN advises Steboma Holding B.V. on acquisition Post Luchtkanalen B.V.

BUREN advised Steboma Holding B.V. (portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the capital of Post Luchtkanalen Polska Spólka Z Organiczoną Odpowiedzialnośią from Kuipers Beheer B.V. and on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the capital of Post Luchtkanalen B.V. from Kuipers Beheer Nederland N.V.

With this acquisition, the Steboma Group continues to grow as a ventilation specialist with full national coverage in the Netherlands. The acquisition of Post Luchtkanalen further strengthens the group's activities within the non-residential market, following the previous acquisition of Vink Groep in September 2023.

The company has a production facility in Poznán and its head office is located in Rosmalen.
