BUREN advises Van der Hoeven

BUREN advises greenhousebuilder Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects (Van der Hoeven) on the acquisition of all their shares in the share capital of Patron Agri Systems Group B.V. (Patron) from Begelinger Beheer B.V. Enthoven Elektra B.V. (Enthoven), Patron Agri Systems B.V. and Patron Agri Systems International B.V. are also part of the acquisition.

Van der Hoeven builds greenhouse horticulture for growers and investors from all over the world. The activities of Patron and Enthoven focus on installations for water, electricity, climate controls and light for greenhouse horticulture. By bundling these complementary activities the international market can be served even better with innovative horticultural projects.

BUREN assisted Van der Hoeven in all legal aspects of this transaction, including the legal due diligence investigation and the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
