Department store Hudson’s Bay might leave The Netherlands

Het Financieel Dagblad (FD) reported that Hudson’s Bay department store is leaving The Netherlands at the end of 2019. The company itself says it is still talking and has not yet responded to the reporting. According to FD, all 15 department stores in The Netherlands will close their doors before 31 December 2019. 1,424 employees risk losing their jobs.

Stopping the activities has major consequences for employees, suppliers, landlords, debtors, creditors and other procedures. It is important that you safeguard your rights in good time and limit your potential damage as much as possible. We are happy to support you in this.
