Jan Holthuis and Li Jiao discuss handling product liability disputes in China - 13 September - London

On 13 September 2018 Jan Holthuis and Li Jiao are invited by BLM Law Firm to speak on product liability disputes, and how to resolve them in China. This round table discussion will address the practicalities of resolving and litigating disputes in China for UK importers and insurers. The challenges in handling disputes in China can be significant, but is this position changing?

Both speakers have extensive experience in the field of dispute resolution in China. Jan Holthuis is senior partner at Buren in China, a member of the Global Insurance Law Connect network of specialist insurance law firms, and has worked in China since 1995. Li Jiao was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2007 and specializes in corporate and contractual disputes, representing clients in various industries with interests in China. The panel will also include specialists on product liability from BLM.
