Anniek Edzes Koerts, lawyer at BUREN, specialises in guiding mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings. She advises both national and international companies on (cross-border) transactions and assists both strategic and private equity parties. She also litigates on corporate and commercial disputes. Anniek regularly works with international law firms in cross-border transactions.
Anniek obtained her master's degree in Dutch law with majors in corporate and criminal law from the University of Groningen in 2023 and has been working at BUREN since 2023.
