BUREN advises Mubadala Capital

BUREN is advising Mubadala Capital, the wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, as Dutch co-counsel of Akin, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Bugaboo Group, a global market-leader in strollers and premium children’s consumer products. As part of the transaction, signed July 18, Bain Capital will retain a minority stake in Bugaboo. The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals and a works council consultation.
