Emily Hyde, candidate civil-law notary at BUREN, specialises in corporate law and advises medium sized international and national companies. She mainly deals with (cross-border) (re)structuring, corporate governance and corporate law aspects of M&A transactions.
Emily studied Notarial Law at Leiden University. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Notarial Law and also studied at the law faculties of the University of Bologna (Italy) and the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa). In 2014, Emily obtained her Master's degree in Juvenile Law. In 2022, Emily completed the notarial professional studies.
