BUREN advised Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority stake in Trade Company Steboma B.V.
Steboma is a specialist in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of ventilation systems within the residential segment. Steboma and Waterland have found each other in the joint ambition to build a leading ventilation specialist active throughout the Netherlands.
The new partnership enables Steboma to strengthen its services as a ventilation specialist within the central and western Netherlands and to expand to new regions in the south, east and north of the Netherlands. In addition to financial strength, Waterland brings proven expertise in accelerated growth through mergers & acquisitions. The daily management of Steboma remains in the hands of CEO Marco Koster, who also retains a substantial stake in the company.
