BUREN advised Arcus IT Group B.V. on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Surelock Holding B.V.
Arcus IT Group B.V. and Surelock Holding B.V. have entered into a strategic partnership through this acquisition. Complementary service offerings are central to this collaboration.
This marks Arcus IT's seventeenth acquisition. Arcus IT, which generates approximately €100 million in revenue, now operates fourteen locations. Arcus IT was acquired by investment firm Egeria in 2022 from Pride Capital Partners. Since the Egeria acquisition, Arcus IT has completed four acquisitions of its own.
Surelock is a high growth cybersecurity specialist offering ethical hacking, red teaming, and security consulting. Their proprietary software platform, HOLMES, provides continuous visibility into vulnerabilities across client environments, enabling proactive, data driven risk management.
