BUREN advises Billink
BUREN advised Billink to raise approximately 29 million in growth capital for Billink Finance B.V. so that Billink B.V.'s current business, the so-called buy now, pay later business, can continue to grow. BUREN assisted with the legal contracts such as loan agreements, service agreements, agreements to buy and sell receivables, as well as on the underlying general terms and conditions and the tax implications of the new structure.
Billink is a provider of a post-payment method for the Netherlands and Belgium. Billink developed its payment platform since 2009, resulting in 3 million users and more than 3,000 sales partners they serve.
