BUREN advises Greenco
BUREN advises Greenco Holding B.V. upon the sale of all shares in GP Someren Vastgoed B.V. and Driemaster Vastgoed B.V. to W.A. Peters Beheer B.V. Greenco has sold two cultivation locations and their exploitation through these subsidiaries.
Greenco is the first producer and packager of snack vegetables (especially snack tomatoes) in the Netherlands and is known, among other things, for the Tommies brand. The Greenco Group produced snack tomatoes in the transferred cultivation locations. The existing crops in these greenhouses will still be purchased by Greenco.
