Buren assisted a Japanese family owned company with a global business portfolio on the restructuring of its business in the Netherlands.
The restructuring contains multiple transfer of shares involving (legal) persons throughout the world. The aim for restructuring the Dutch part of the business is creating a sustainable business for the long term.
