BUREN advises Unibio on its partnership with Stafilies, the holding company of Protelux. With this partnership Unibio and Stafilies further deepen their collaboration in developing the industrial-scale production of its high-quality Uniprotein® at Protelux.
Unibio is a pioneering venture in the biotechnology sector with core competences within fermentation technologies. Unibio International was incorporated in 2014, and its 100% owned subsidiary company was incorporated in 2001.
BUREN advised Unibio on the Dutch law aspects of the partnerships agreement.
