Buren advises Vesteda on the acquisition of a Dutch residential portfolio worth € 1.5 billion from NN Group.
It concerns homes in Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Utrecht, among others. After completing the transaction, Vesteda's residential portfolio has a size of approximately 27,000 units with an investment value of approximately € 6.3 billion.
About the transaction:
The transaction was designed as an asset deal consisting of an existing residential portfolio and a pipeline of new housing projects. The transaction comprises 6,777 homes, of which 5,983 existing homes (with a value of € 1,295 million) and 794 homes in the pipeline (with a value of € 214 million).
