Buren advises Wepa-Gruppe
Buren advises Wepa-Gruppe on the acquisition of Van Houtum, one of the few remaining independent paper factories in the Netherlands.
Van Houtum, with yearly sales of around EUR 60 million and 200 employees, is specialized in the production and sale of toilet paper and tissues. With the acquisition by Wepa Gruppe Van Houtum will become part of a company with annual sales of over EUR 1 billion and approximately 3000 employees.
The acquisition is still subjected to merger control approval.
