BUREN advises Platform Group AG

BUREN advised the Platform Group AG as buyer on the acquisition of a majority stake in WSNL B.V., which is behind the leading Dutch luxury platform Winkelstraat.nl. This strategic investment will not only strengthen Platform Group AGs presence in the Benelux region and to expand its luxury segment internationally. The integration of Winkelstraat.nl into Platform Group AG's portfolio unlocks enormous synergies and contributes to the further internationalization of Winkelstraat.nl, which currently generates 85% of its sales in the Netherlands.
