BUREN advises SBS Group
BUREN advised SBS Holdings, Inc., a Japanese logistics company with operations around the world, on its acquisition of 80% of the issued shares in Blackbird Logistics B.V. in the Netherlands.
Blackbird Logistics B.V. is a holding company that owns all of the issued shares in De Zwaluw Logistiek B.V., De Zwaluw Shipping B.V., Transmission Hoorn B.V., De Zwaluw Warehousing Echt B.V. and Maasvlakte Customs Services B.V.
Through this acquisition, SBS Group aims to expand its 3PL business in Europe and strengthen the group's overseas business.
