BUREN advises SII Group
BUREN advised French stock listed engineering specialist SII Group (Société pour l’informatique industrielle) on acquiring 100% of the shares the capital of RiSa IT B.V., a Dutch service company specialising in software development and testing.
SII Group has been based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, since 2014 and has 40 employees for a turnover of €3.5 million. The acquisition of RISA IT, SII Group's Dutch subsidiary, strengthens its expertise in application software development and software testing in a growing Dutch market. SII further establishes itself as a leader in its sector and in Europe.
