Podcast and Article | M&A Review | FDI Screening Regulation and its Impact on European Investment Audits

The May issue of the German M&A Review published comparative law articles on FDI screening mechanisms in the EU member states. Our colleague Friederike Henke Head of the BUREN German Desk, co-authored the introductory article FDI Screening Regulation and its Impact on European Investment Audits (FDI Screening-Verordnung und ihre Auswirkungen auf europäische Investitionsprüfungen) and brought the Dutch legal situation to light with her contribution FDI Screening Regulation and the Regulations in the Netherlands (FDI Screening-Verordnung und die Regelungen in den Niederlanden).

This issue forms the first part of a series of articles on national screening mechanisms; two more episodes are coming up in the next few months. An English version of the entire series is in the making.
