Epke Spijkerman

Epke Spijkerman, partner en advocaat bij BUREN, staat voornamelijk nationale en internationale ondernemingen bij op alle voor hen relevante gebieden van het arbeidsrecht. Epke is gespecialiseerd in de arbeidsrechtelijke aspecten van (internationale) fusies en overnames, bedrijfsoverdrachten en reorganisaties. Daarnaast heeft hij veel kennis van en ervaring met collectieve en individuele ontslagprocedures, ontslag van statutair directeuren, arbeidsovereenkomstenrecht, arbeidsprocesrecht, medezeggenschap en overeenkomsten van opdracht.

Epke is afgestudeerd in Nederlands recht aan de Universiteit van Leiden. Hij heeft ook de arbeidsrechtelijke specialisatie opleiding Post-Academische Leergang Arbeidsrecht aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam succesvol afgerond. Voorheen was Epke advocaat-partner bij Boekel, en een van de grootste internationale advocatenkantoren Dentons.

Epke is lid van de European Employment Lawyer Association, de Vereniging van Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam, de Vereniging van Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland, de Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht, de Vereniging voor Sport en Recht en de People Committee van AmCham.
