The Altano Gruppe GmbH offers a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services in the field of veterinary medicine and has 12 clinics in Germany.

SMDC is a multidisciplinary horse clinic that focuses on sport horse management (prevention) and orthopedic problems.

Altano Gruppe GmbH expands internationally to the Netherlands with the acquisition of SMDC.

BUREN advised Altano Gruppe GmbH on all Dutch legal aspects of the acquisition.
