Buren advises international hotel chain

Buren advises an international hotel chain on a GBP 87 million refinancing. Due to recent market developments this refinancing enables the hotel chain to attract additional financing under better conditions.

The newly acquired capital will be used to finance further growth and the (re)development of excisting hotels.
