BUREN advises Planon Group, the leading cloud-based software provider in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), on the sale of a majority of its shares to Schneider Electric.

The combination of two global market leaders will unite smart building operating technology – as offered by Schneider Electric – with the IT building services world – as offered by Planon Group. The combination creates an ideal partnership to guide organisations in their digital transformation of the building lifecycle, delivering clear synergy and value.
BUREN acts as trusted advisor to Planon and advised Planon on legal, tax and notarial aspects of this transaction. This deal is one of the more complex deals of this year.
