BUREN has advised SUPERP Holdco B.V. in the acquisition Blueberry ICT B.V.
As part of this transaction, SUPERP Holdco B.V. acquired a majority stake in Blueberry ICT B.V., establishing a strategic partnership focused on complementary SAP services. While Blueberry ICT B.V. specialises in Quote-to-Cash processes and Mass Billing solutions, SUPERP Holdco B.V. focuses on Security, Testing, Development, and Data Analytics within SAP. Blueberry ICT B.V. will continue to operate under its own name, maintaining its identity and headquarters in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, and will further develop its market position and expertise.
