BUREN advised Ufenau Capital Partners on its investment in the Datalogue Group. Datalogue is a leading data analytics service provider for the provision of high-quality market data headquartered in Germany (Hamburg), with subsidiaries in The Netherlands and Switzerland.
The Datalogue Group offers highly modern and GDPR-compliant analytics solutions and supports its diversified customer base in data preparation, evaluation and application with the aim of optimising data monetisation. For this, analytics methods such as artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning as well as a proprietary SaaS platform are used. The company started in 2012 with the two founding partners in Hamburg, Germany. In the last 10 years, two additional locations were added in Amsterdam and Zurich. The group now has 65 specialists.
With Datalogue as a basis, Ufenau wants to establish a leading group of companies in the field of data analytics, insight management and data monetisation in Europe. Here, the company clearly focuses on the human factor, which, with the integration of the appropriate tools, can provide the best service to customers at all times.
