BUREN has advised SUPERP Holdco B.V. on the acquisition of Syngroup B.V.The strategic partnership with Syngroup B.V., is marking a significant expansion of SUPERP’s service portfolio. As part of this collaboration, SUPERP acquired a majority stake in SynTouch, bringing together complementary expertise in SAP, Mendix, Salesforce, Integration solutions, and Data Management. While SUPERP focuses on Security, Testing, Development, and Data Analytics, SynTouch contributes its specialised knowledge in Integration solutions and Data Management. SynTouch will continue to operate under its own name, maintaining its identity and presence in Eindhoven and Delft while further building on its strong market position.
